CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Part-time and/or Full-time
Description: This position is responsible to act as the company's first-line representative to all external and internal customers. This role provides distribution support and services to all staff, clients and reviewers including incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner. Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum six months' experience working in customer service, product logistics and/or clerical environment; preference for experience within a health care and/or managed care organization.
Required skills - A qualified candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-functioning environment
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple time sensitive priorities and maintaining quality
